The proposed septic system was relocated behind the house based on opportunities presented in the conceptual landscape plan. A functional level lawn area was preserved for play, and room was left for a generous walkway and plantings. A subtle brick border picks up the color of the chimneys and door, and water efficient plantings were used throughout.
