A collaborative approach to the design process was achieved with the renovation of this c1930 Spanish Tudor-style home. The landscape design included siting a planned 2 car garage, an extensive redesign of the parking and entry, integrating the kitchen addition with the landscape, extensive use of native plantings, use of recycled hardscape materials, and addressing critical grading and drainage problems with the installation of a small rain garden.
